The art, science and philosophy of yoga are taught according to the teachings of BKS Iyengar in the classical tradition of Astanga (8 limbed) yoga. The Iyengar method is founded in Pantanjali's Yoga Sutras and emphasizes precise and careful body alignment, muscular balance, and development of strength, stamina, and flexibility.
